Who can use Neo
Neo is currently an invited beta. By joining you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older, or use Neo under the supervision of someone who is.
What you own
Everything Neo builds for you — code, designs, assets, store listings — is yours. We claim no rights to your projects. Third-party assets and AI outputs are subject to the license of the provider that produced them; Neo shows the provider for every generated asset so you can check.
What you are responsible for
- Reviewing what Neo publishes on your behalf. Neo stops and asks before every action that spends money, publishes something, or deletes something; the decision to approve is yours.
- Complying with the rules of the stores and services you publish to (Apple, Google, Steam, hosting providers, social networks) and with the terms of the AI providers you connect.
- Not using Neo to build software that is illegal, harmful, or that violates someone else's rights.
Payments
Paid plans and usage credits are billed as shown at checkout. Credits are consumed by AI generation and are non-refundable once used. If you connect your own AI accounts, their charges are between you and that provider.
Beta software
Neo is provided “as is” during the beta. Builds can fail, models can make mistakes, and features can change. We are not liable for lost profits or data; keep your projects under version control.
