Privacy Policy

The short version
Neo runs on your own computer. Your project files, source code and generated assets stay on your Mac unless you choose to publish them (to an app store, a hosting provider, or a social network) or send them to an AI provider to do work on them.
What we collect
- Waitlist and account data: your email address, and once you have an account, the name and workspace details you enter.
- Usage and diagnostics: which features are used and crash reports, so we can fix what breaks. These do not contain your source code.
- Billing: handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card number.
AI providers and your own keys
When Neo asks an AI model to write code, text or images, the relevant parts of your project are sent to that provider (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, or a provider you connect yourself). If you connect your own subscription or API key, the request goes directly from your computer to that provider under their terms. You can keep all routing decisions local from Settings › Privacy.
Store and marketing connections
If you connect an Apple, Google, or social media account, Neo uses that connection only for the actions you approve on screen (uploading a build, posting a message, reading your sales report). Credentials are stored encrypted on your machine and can be removed at any time.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, we do not train our own models on your private projects without asking, and we do not read your generated code on our servers.
Your choices
